(EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team wrapped up the Git-R-Done Husker Invitational with a 292 to finish fifth with a score of 884 (306-286-292) Sunday, April 18, at Firethorn Golf Club. In a predominantly Big 10 Conference-led field, the Eagles held their own as Minnesota and Kansas State finished as co-champions with an even-par 852.
Senior Cougar Collins (Caledon, Ontario, Canada-Mayfield Secondary) fired another round of 69 to close the tournament with a cumulative score of four-over 217 (79-69-69).
