The University of Michigan isn’t the only football team in Washtenaw County leaving its campus for spring practices. Coach Chris Creighton and the Eastern Michigan football team are keeping things a little more local, as they will head to Ford Field in Detroit for an open practice Monday, Mar. 28.
The team will begin its normal practice routine at 3:30 p.m. and conclude at approximately 5:25 p.m. The practice allows attendees to experience what a Division I college football practice consists of.
“[It’s a] great opportunity for our football program to practice at Ford Field,” said Creighton in a recording on EMUEagles.
