ANN ARBOR, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's track and field team captured a pair of individual titles at the Wolverine Invitational Saturday, Jan. 11, inside the U-M Indoor Track Building.
Junior Owen Richardson (Basingstoke, England-The Costello School) claimed first prize in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.53 seconds, and was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished in second place with a 3:18.55 clip. Redshirt junior Boubacar Sallah-Mohamed (Arlington, Va.-Fishburne Military) also shined for the Eagles as he earned a podium place in two field events, winning the triple jump with a mark of 15.
