WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team continued its winning ways in the Old Dominion State, sweeping both Savannah State University and the College of William and Mary to earn the title of champions of the Colonial Classic.
Highlighting the day was senior Jordan Smith (Solon, Iowa-Solon), who registered her 1,000th career kill in the first match against Savannah State. The outside hitter becomes the 15th member of the 1,000 kill club for EMU.
