LINCOLN, Neb. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University tennis team improved to 2-0 on the season with a hard-fought 4-3 victory over the University of South Dakota, Friday, Feb. 2 at the Sid and Hazel Dillon Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Nebraska.
"This was a hard fought win that really could have gone either way with four three-set matches," said head coach . "We did a great job of starting fast in the doubles and we able to secure that point with solid wins at no. 1 and no. 2."
EMU started the match by securing the doubles point thanks to a 6-2 win at no.
