YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team got back in the win column, defeating the University of Akron in four sets Friday evening, Oct. 20, inside the Convocation Center. The Eagles (11-14, 3-6 MAC) were narrowly denied a sweep, but snapped a five-game losing streak with a convincing 3-1 (25-15, 25-22, 23-25, 25-16) win over the Zips (6-15, 2-7 MAC).
