MUNCIE, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan football team used a complete game effort to take down Ball State University, 42-20, Oct. 20, at Scheumann Stadium in Muncie, Ind. Eastern's six touchdown scores were brought in by six different Eagles' players, and a full-throttle defensive effort propelled the Eagles through the 40 miles per hour winds of Muncie to spoil BSU's annual homecoming game.
With the victory, the Eagles (4-4, 2-3 MAC) moved to .500 on the year, while earning their first Mid-American Conference road victory.
