RALEIGH, N.C. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's track and field team continued its outdoor schedule Friday, March 30, as three Eagles ran in the 10,000m during the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, N.C.
Pacing the Green and White was Hlynur Andresson (Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland-Mountain Ridge), who finished seventh out of the two sections that went today with a new personal-best time of 29:20.92. Not only did that time best his previous career mark by almost 16 seconds, it also moves him into eighth all-time in EMU laurels.
Following Andresson was redshirt senior Nick Raymond (Erie, Mich,-Mason), who also set a new personal-record by crossing the finish line in 29:25.
