KEWADIN,(EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University sophomore Alyssa DiMarcantonio (Maple, Ontario-Tommy Douglas Secondary School) fired rounds of 71 and 73 for an opening day tally of even-par 144 at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational Sunday, Sept. 4. The Maple, Ontario product holds a two-shot lead over Oakland University's Bridget Boczar and Central Michigan University's Casilda Allendesalazar heading into the final round at the par 72, 5,8322-yard A-Ga-Ming Sundance course.

As a team, EMU posted an opening round 304 before following it up with a 301 in the afternoon.
