YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Junior Freddie McGee III (Canton, Mich.-Salem) poked away a two-point conversion pass in the back of the end zone, as the Eastern Michigan University football team held off the University of Toledo, 28-26, in Mid-American Conference play Saturday, Oct. 13, at Rynearson Stadium.
Toledo (3-3, 1-1 MAC) trailed 28-3 at halftime, but held EMU (3-4, 1-3 MAC) scoreless in the second half while posting 20 fourth quarter points.
