WOLCOTT, Colo. (EMUEagles.com) – Several records were broken, both individually and as a team, as the Eastern Michigan University women's golf team completed the three-day Golfweek Red Sky Classic in Wolcott, Colo., Wednesday, Sept. 25, by placing 12th overall as team and sophomore Savannah de Bock winning the individual title. The Eagles, playing on the par-72, 6,328-yard Fazio Course at the Red Sky Ranch and Golf Club, fired a school-record 285 on the final day to move up to 12th while de Bock used a record 65 in the second round to set herself up for the win at 12-under 204, claiming medalist honors by three strokes.
