YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- Eastern Michigan University Director of Cross Country and Track & Field Sue Parks announced the hiring of Mark Rinker as Assistant Track Coach/Head Men's Cross Country Coach, Monday, Jan. 4.
"I'm excited to welcome Mark Rinker to our staff," said Parks. "Mark comes to EMU with a great record of success in recruiting and developing student-athletes. Mark is from a coaching family and I believe that his knowledge and commitment to the student-
athletes will greatly benefit our program. Our men's distance group is very talented and I was committed to finding the best person to take the group to the next level.
