EVANSVILLE, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) -- The Eastern Michigan University cross country program put forth a solid effort at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet today, Nov. 12, in Evansville, Ind. Hosted by the University of Evansville at its Angel Mounds Cross Country Course, EMU saw two Eagles earn all-region status.

"It was a good day for us," said Director/Head Coach Sue Parks. "The women bounced back from disappointment two weeks ago and beat three conference teams that were ahead of us at the MAC meet without one of our top runners.
