IOWA CITY, Iowa (EMUEagles.com) – It was a tale of two rounds for the Eastern Michigan University men's golf team at the Hawkeye Invitational Saturday, April 20, on the par-71, 6,884-yard Finkbine Golf Course. The Eagles posted a 283 in the morning round before the total ballooned to 295 to finish the day in 12th-place with a cumulative total of 578.
Junior Ty Celone (Long Sault, Ontario, Canada-St Joseph's Catholic) posted a 66 in the first round before adding a 75 to finish the day tied for 25th at 141.
