YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Carlos Adamson, two-time Oklahoma High School Girl's Coach of the Year, has been named an assistant coach at Eastern Michigan University, Head Coach Fred Castro announced today, May 29.
Adamson comes to Ypsilanti with more than 10 years of experience at both the college and high school levels, having spent time in Oklahoma and Florida.
Most recently, Adamson served as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Putnam City West High School in Oklahoma City, Okla. where he was tabbed as The Oklahoman Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2018.
