CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) -- Eastern Michigan University senior diver Bethany Berger (Batavia, Ohio-Glen Este) was named Mid-American Conference Diver of the Week, the league office announced today, Nov. 11. The weekly award is Berger's fourth of her career.
In the Eagles' dual meet with MAC-foe Akron, Nov. 6, Berger swept both 1-meter diving events, placing first in the first event with a score of 270.68 and earning a score of 292.58 to stay atop the field in the second event. The score of 292.58 is the highest a diver has scored for EMU on the 2021-22 season.
