OLEAN, N.Y. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University Baseball team split a doubleheader in Mid-American Conference action at Fred Handler Park Friday afternoon, April 1. The University at Buffalo took game one 12-4, while EMU (10-15, 4-1 MAC) won game two with a late comeback, 4-3.
In the first game, EMU tallied six hits among six different players. Junior Jeremy Stidham (Colorado Springs, Colo.-Sand Creek (Colby C.C.)) paced EMU with two RBI's and a home run, while Senior Jackson Martin (Listowel, Ontario-Listowel) tallied the other two RBI's with his team-leading sixth home run of the season.
