YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University baseball team suffered a midweek setback when it dropped a non-conference game by the score of 14-8, to Oakland University April 3, at Oestrike Stadium.
Despite racing out to a 6-2 advantage after five innings, Eastern (5-23-1) was unable to contain the Oakland offense, giving up nine runs on nine hits in the eighth inning en route to the setback.
