JACKSON, Miss. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University baseball team had a pair of tight games, but ultimately dropped both ends of a doubleheader to Jackson State University Saturday, Feb. 24, at Braddy Field. EMU (0-7) lost an early lead in game one, eventually falling 5-3, while JSU (3-1) got off to a 7-0 lead, and never looked back in game two, 8-6.

Game one slipped away from the Eagles as a 3-0 lead was lost in the fifth, and JSU got two decisive runs in the seventh.
