BELGRADE, Serbia (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University track & field program was well-represented at the 2022 World Athletics Indoor Championships as junior Baldvin Magnusson (Akureyri, Iceland-Hull University) competed in the men's 3000m final today, March 20.
"I'm proud of Vinny," said Assistant Coach Mark Rinker. "He raced hard all weekend and I'm proud of the way he put himself in the race with no fear. He will take the lessons learned this weekend and keep getting better. He represented himself, Iceland, and Eastern well this weekend!
