DEKALB, Ill. (EMUEagles.com) – With the closing of the home season, the Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team will travel to its remaining contests of the regular-season. The Eagles will face the Huskies of Northern Illinois University for a second time this season, Wednesday, March 1 for a 7 p.m. tip.
The Eagles (14-13, 6-10 MAC) and the Huskies (15-12, 7-9 MAC) both remain in contention for a berth into the 2023 MAC Tournament with Eastern currently sharing the No. 6 spot with Miami University and Western Michigan University, holding the tie-breaker over both, but one game behind NIU.
