(EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team is set to return home Wednesday, Feb. 8, when it plays host to Mid-American Conference rival Ball State University inside the George Gervin GameAbove Center. Tipoff in the battle of the birds is set for 7 p.m.
EMU (12-9, 4-6 MAC) is looking to pick up a second straight conference win after defeating Central Michigan University, 68-54, in its most recent outing, Feb. 4. The Eagles will face a red-hot Ball State (19-4, 8-1 MAC) team that is jockeying for the first overall seed in the upcomcing Mid-American Conference Tournament, set for March 8-11 in Cleveland, Ohio.
