YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics will have a strong presence in the University's 61st Annual Alumni Awards Celebration scheduled for Saturday, May 7, at 6 p.m. The virtual celebration will take place at emich.edu/alumni and on the University YouTube Channel.
The group includes men's basketball standout Wendale Farrow (BS09, MA13), track & field scholar-athlete Dr. David N. Turner (BBA94), and Compliance Associate Michael Paciorek.
Farrow is one of two recipients of the Outstanding Young Alumni Award, which is presented to alumni whose achievements have been signified by personal honors bestowed upon them by their peers and who have demonstrated the worth of their education through their post-college achievements.
