Despite a less than ideal start to the season from East Carolina University’s men’s basketball team, point guard Isaac Fleming has consistently delivered high energy and passionate performances on the court.
Fleming grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. He attended National Christian Academy in Maryland and went to the University of Hawaii for the first two seasons of his collegiate career before coming to ECU.
While Fleming was at Hawaii, he received a lot of playing time as an underclassmen, averaging 23.3 minutes per game. Fleming said his ability to get to the basket and finish over taller guys was as much of an asset while playing on the island as it is for him now at ECU.
