Whatever the reason, East Carolina women's basketball forward I'Tiana Taylor played some of the best basketball of her career during a three-game stretch last week while playing in her home state of Texas and will look to keep her momentum rolling when the Pirates hit the road again to play at Auburn on Saturday. After scoring in single digits in two of the Pirates' first five games, Taylor -- a 6-foot-1 senior and Pflugerville, Texas, native who played her first two collegiate seasons at Weatherford (Texas) College -- netted 15, 14 and 27 points, respectively, at the Lone Star Showcase.
