ECU will finally see Isaac Fleming take the court in a Pirate uniform this season. Fleming transferred to ECU in the summer of 2016 but sat out the 2016-17 season due to the NCAA transfer rules.

Along with ECU’s fresh new faces, guard B.J. Tyson’s recovery from a knee injury and forward Kentrell Barkley’s new haircut, there were a lot of changes to this year’s Pirates team.
