Facing a team that defeated the No. 1 program in the country can present somewhat of a challenge. Taking on that team at neutral court in the Bahamas is something completely different, however. That is the challenge the East Carolina University (1-3, 0-0 AAC) men’s basketball team will face when it plays the University of Evansville (3-1, 0-0 MVC) on Friday in Nassau, Bahamas.
“I think it will be a good test, obviously you got a good Evansville team on Friday night, off to a great start to the season,” Pirates head coach Joe Dooley said. “I think it’ll be good for our guys to experience one of these trips.
