The East Carolina University men's basketball team (5-4) cleaned up its game in the second half to overcome a 17-point deficit to finish off it's third straight win, defeating Campbell University (4-5), 69-66 Monday night.
ECU point guard Isaac Fleming lead the charge for the Pirates, missing just one of his six basket attempts in the second half, to earn him a team-high 19 points. The Pirates were able to capitalize thanks to their defense as they held the Camels in the second half. After allowing 42 points in the first half, ECU clamped down and only surrendered 24 points for the remainder of the game.
