East Carolina head football coach Ruffin McNeill continued to expound upon a team theme on Monday that he said began before the kickoff of last Thursday’s blowout of Central Florida.
Facing a must-win against the Knights in Orlando, Fla., McNeill and his ECU team did some serious self-examination during their usual full-team pregame meeting. The easy 44-7 ECU triumph that followed was perhaps founded in that session.
