ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Blake Kemp lost another game on Saturday that he fully expected to win, and the East Carolina quarterback once again did not shy away from saying so.
Taking a large share of the blame for the Pirates’ 45-21 loss at Navy, the junior starting passer said similar things in the postgame to the words he used to describe his team’s close loss at Florida the previous weekend.
Kemp acknowledged another promising performance by the offense in terms of moving the ball, but insisted it did not matter without more point production.
