By almost any measure, Caleb White has been one of East Carolina’s best and most dependable basketball players the last two seasons.
Of all the noteworthy numbers White has produced thus far, perhaps it is best to begin with the starts.
White, a 6-foot-7 junior from Buckingham, Va., has played 67 games in his Pirate career and started 62 of them. If he averages 30 starts this season and next, White will easily surpass Tony Parham’s ECU record of 109 games started, a mark established in 1998.
