“He’s upbeat and always has a positive energy,” senior All-American high jumper Avion Jones said. “Tries to make sure everyone feels like family. We have such a large team, so we don’t really know all of our teammates well. So he’ll make us do activities where we’ll interact with teammates we don’t know too well.”
Not only does Kraft know all 86 members of his roster’s full name, city, state and high school, if you give him a name, chances are he’ll give you what they accomplished in high school, even if it has been four or five years since he last recruited them.
