ANALYSIS: Men’s Basketball looks good at the start of season

The East Carolina University men’s basketball team continued to establish its good team chemistry in its first two games of the season against Coppin State University on Sunday and Radford University last night as it begins its home stand for its non-conference opponents.

The Pirates had a tougher opponent to deal with playing Radford University after Coppin State. Radford, in the first half, forced ECU to turn the ball over seven times while also forcing it to commit 12 fouls, as it jumped out to a 14-point lead with 3:43 remaining in the first half. The Pirates, however, finished the half down 37-30, looking for a change.
