We have to give serious props to the NCAA for pulling off a tremendous tournament in the most difficult circumstances, in what we hope are the waning days of a god-awful pandemic.
Last year it took many things from us but none stung in quite the way that losing the tournament did.
Having the whole thing in Indianapolis, in Indiana, which is the spiritual home of what Shooter called the world’s greatest game in Hoosiers, was a great decision. And the Final Four gave us one bit of magic that everyone will talk about for, well forever, as well as one dominant win that few expected.
