GREENSBORO, N.C. – Duke sophomore Adam Wood was one of 12 student-athletes named to the 2015-16 All-ACC Men’s Golf Team on Thursday in an announcement by the league office.
With Wood’s selection, Duke has now produced 19 players who have combined to earn 32 All-ACC accolades since 1975. It is the first career honor for Wood, who is currently ranked No. 51 nationally on Golfstat’s individual collegiate rankings.
The Zionsville, Ind., native has a team-leading scoring average of 71.37 in 30 rounds this season, putting him on pace for the second-best single-season stroke average in Duke history.
