DURHAM, N.C. – Duke head coach Dan Brooks and the second-ranked Blue Devil women’s golf program awaits the NCAA Regional Selection show, which will take place Wednesday, April 24 at 5:30 p.m., live on Golf Channel and online at www.GolfChannel.com.
Seventy-two teams and 24 individuals will be selected to compete at one of four regional championships, each featuring 18 teams and six individuals, May 6-8. From regional competition, 24 teams and 12 individuals will advance to the national championships to be played May 17-22 at Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Blue Devils will receive their 27th consecutive bid to play in NCAA Regional action Wednesday and will travel to either Tumble Creek Golf Club in Cle Elum, Washington, hosted by the University of Washington; Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club in Norman, Oklahoma, hosted by the University of Oklahoma; Forest Akers West Golf Course in East Lansing, Michigan, hosted by Michigan State University and Greater Lansing Sports Authority; and Saugahatchee Country Club in Opelika, Alabama, hosted by Auburn University.
