Women's 4x400m Relay Advances to NCAA Championships

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Duke track and field program completed the final day at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds in Lexington and came away with seven individual qualifications and one relay to the 2017 NCAA Outdoor Championships in June.

“A wonderful weekend for Duke track and field,” said head coach Norm Ogilvie. “We brought 22 athletes on the bus to compete this weekend and half are headed to Eugene. Everyone competed well and they're excited to go to Eugene with a nice size squad. A really great weekend overall.”

The Blue Devils that will be representing Duke individually in Eugene are graduate student Daniel Golubovic, seniors Madeline Kopp, Christine Streisel and Connor Hall, junior Madison Heath, freshmen Laura Marty and Katelyn Gochenour and members of the women's 4x400m relay.
