DURHAM, N.C. – A year dominating on the field and in the classroom has landed Raine Wilson among the best in the country, as the Duke junior was named CoSIDA Academic All-District III First Team.
Wilson is the first player in program history to receive the honor, adding to her list of career honors that include landing All-ACC First Team and ACC All-Academic Team honors in 2018.
A native of Mechanicsville, Va., Wilson capped her second season in Durham by leading the Blue Devils with a .467 slugging clip, .377 on-base percentage and six home runs.
