Congrats to Duke freshman center Vernon Carey Jr., who has, as expected, declared for the NBA Draft and forgoing his college eligibility. Carey jr. averaged 17.8 points and 8.8 rebounds per game and shot 57.7 percent from the field. Carey started 30 games as a freshmen and was named ACC Rookie of the Year and First Team All-ACC.
