DURHAM, N.C. – Following an undefeated start at the Kitty Harrison Invitational, the Duke women’s tennis team continued its strong run Saturday with a 4-0 showing at the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center on the campus of Duke University.
Junior Meible Chi and sophomore Kelly Chen opened doubles competition with a dominant performance, dispatching Elon’s Maria Paraja and Alex Koniaev, 8-0. The duo is now 2-0 this fall.
Chi, Chen and senior Kaitlyn McCarthy turned their attention to singles to take on James Madison.
