DURHAM, N.C. – Former Duke volleyball standout middle blocker Jordan Tucker has accepted an invitation to represent Team USA at the World University Games in Tapei, Taiwan August 19-30.
The World University Games or Universiade is an international multi-sport event for university athletics organized by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The games are held every two years in a different city around the world, representing both winter and summer competitions.
Tucker is the second Blue Devil to partake in the summer games following in the footsteps of outside hitter Emily Sklar who participated in the 2015 competition in Gwangju City, South Korea.
