DALLAS, Texas – Graduate Charlie Beilenson, junior Fran Oschell III and sophomore James Tallon have been named to the initial watch list for the 19th Annual National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Stopper of the Year Award, given to the top relief pitcher in NCAA Division I Baseball.
Duke and Notre Dame are the only two programs with three nominees on the preseason watch list.
Of the 73 nominees on the watch list, three were named 2023 Stopper of the Year finalists and 11 were honored as preseason NCBWA All-American's.
