DURHAM – Duke rallied to tie the game after a four-goal deficit, but the No. 3 Blue Devils couldn't complete the comeback in a 15-12 setback to top-ranked Notre Dame in front of a sellout men's lacrosse crowd at Koskinen Stadium.
The Blue Devils used a 3-0 run early in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 11-11 with 9:09 remaining. Notre Dame answered with three unanswered, including one with 1:42 left in the period, to seal the win.
