DURHAM, N.C. – Duke landed three selections – cornerback Breon Borders, linebacker Ben Humphreys and linebacker Joe Giles-Harris – on the All-ACC football team following a vote by members of the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association.
Borders and Humphreys both garnered third team all-league accolades while Giles-Harris was an honorable mention selection.
Borders, a senior from Statesville, N.C., currently leads the ACC in total passes defended per game (1.30) after totaling two interceptions and 11 pass breakups on the season. Despite missing the last three games due to injury, Borders posted 27 tackles, 2.
