DURHAM, N.C. – Duke redshirt junior middle blocker Leah Meyer and graduate student setter/hitter Andie Shelton garnered first team All-ACC honors while outside hitter Ade Owokoniran earned a nod to the ACC All-Freshman Team as announced by the league Monday.
A preseason all-league pick, Meyer makes her second career first team All-ACC appearance. Through 27 regular season games, Meyer ranks third in the ACC and 15th nationally in blocks per set (1.47), the third-highest single-season average in program history. Offensively, Meyer owns a career-best .373 hitting percentage, the third-highest in the ACC, while totaling 267 kills.
