Highschoolot.com has a list of all North Carolina high school graduates who are currently in the NBA and it’s pretty cool: basically half of the NBA teams have North Carolina-based players.
Included on the list are Duke products Seth Curry, Harry Giles and Brandon Ingram.
Some other prominent names: Stephen Curry, PJ Tucker CJ Warren, Chris Paul, Hassan Whiteside and John Wall.
Not to belabor the point, but when you go back and look farther, you see guys like James Worthy, Phil Ford, John Lucas, David Thompson, Cornbread Maxwell, Sam Jones, Dominique Wilkins, Josh Howard, Brad Daugherty, Rodney Rogers, Henry Bobby, Bobby Jones, Kenny Dennard, Tommy Burleson and Michael Jordan.
