DURHAM – Duke women's basketball senior guard Celeste Taylor has been tabbed as one of 20 watch-list candidates for the 2023 Ann Meyers Drysdale Award, as announced by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) on Tuesday.
This is Taylor's second consecutive season being named to the preseason watch list for the Anne Meyers Drysdale Award as she also earned the distinction ahead of the 2021-22 season.
Named after the first player, male or female, named to an All-America Team in four straight college seasons, the annual award in its fifth year recognizes the top shooting guard in women's NCAA Division I college basketball.
