DURHAM, N.C. – Duke junior left-hander Graeme Stinson was drafted with the No. 128 overall pick by the Tampa Bay Rays in the fourth round of the 2019 Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft Monday. Stinson is the 14th Blue Devil in program history to be selected in the fifth round or higher and the highest pick since Jimmy Herron was taken in the third round of the 2018 draft.
Stinson is the first Blue Devil taken in the 2019 draft and the 22nd drafted under head coach Chris Pollard’s tenure.
