DURHAM, N.C. – The 2017-18 All-ACC men’s golf team was announced Thursday afternoon, and receiving the honor for the second straight year was junior Blue Devil Alex Smalley.
One of fifteen student-athletes chosen, Smalley cultivated quite the season leading up to the selection, proving himself as not only one of the best golfers in the conference, but as one of the better golfers in the nation.
With his T-2nd finish at the Stitch Intercollegiate last month, the junior notched his fifth top-5 finish of the year, tied for third-most in a season in program history.
