DURHAM, N.C. – With the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Fencing Committee announcing Tuesday afternoon the official field of 144 competitors for the 2016 NCAA Fencing Championships, six Blue Devils have earned invitations to the national tournament, scheduled for March 24-27 on the campus of Brandeis University.
The Duke fencers set to compete are seniors Isabella Barna (women’s epee) and Charles Copti (men’s saber), sophomores Pascual Di Tella (men’s saber) and Haley Fisher (women’s saber) and freshmen Kristen Coury (women’s foil) and Bryn Hammarberg (men’s epee).
